ABOUT

Utanka is a daughter of Emerald van het Ruitershof and the Chellano Z mare Cyber Z.

There is no need to introduce Emerald van het Ruitershof, son of Diamant de Semilly and Carthina Z, but nevertheless we would like to highlight some of his professional achievements: 1st CSI5*-W Bordeaux, 2nd CSI5* LGCT Cannes, 2nd CSI-W World Cup Final Paris, 2nd CSI5* GCT Doha, 3rd Nations Cup, 3rd CSI5* S’Hertogenbosch, 4th CSI5* GCT/GCL Rome, 5th CSIO5*-NC Final, Barcelona, 1st CSI5* GCT/GCL Chantilly, 2nd CSI5* Versailles, 4th CSI5* GCT/GCL Miami FL, 4th CSI5* GCT/GCL London, 6th CSI5 * GCT/GCL Valkenswaard, 6th CSI5* GCT/GCL Miami FL, 2nd place World Cup Final Göteborg, Olympic Games Rio: Individual + Team final, 1st Nations Cup Rotterdam, 3rd CSIO5* Rotterdam,… .

Apart from his glorious career in sports, Emerald also left big footprints as a breeding stallion.  Among others, he is the sire of Igor, Jaguar VD Berghoeve, Jeunesse van het Paradijs, Ilias Van 't Vlasmeer, I'm Special De Muze, Orphea HQ, Newberry Balia, Nikka VD Bisschop, etc.

The mare Cyber Z is a daughter of the known stallion Chellano Z out of the mare Annet. Annet is also the mother of VDL group Credence, the flagship horse of Mathijs van Asten, before it continued its way representing China. Some achievements of Credence: 2nd CSI Twente, 1st GP Neeroeteren, 2nd CSI4* Geesteren, 1st CSI3* De Steeg, 3rd CSI4* De Steeg (1.50 m); 4th CSI2*-W 2015 Beijing, 8th CSI2* 2013 Neustadt Dosse en 3rd CSI3* 2012 Vidauban (FRA) (1.45 m), etc. Annet is the progenitor of “Speedy Chester” (Chesterfield Z), who competes the 1.60 m level with Anna Power, Bahamas Courage (1.45 m), Dutch Courage (1.35 m) and Courage de Luxe (1.35 m).

Cyber Z (sport name Chellina) jumped, after producing her first foal Imagine Z, successful in the ZZ class and is currently used again as a breeding mare. Imagine Z (s. Iowa) already obtained several victories at the CSIO 3* Drammen and CSI Sommersted, and several places of honour at the 1.45 m level. Her 3 year old son out of Vigo D'Arsouilles, Rigolo van de Musschaver, was recently sold to the Moroccan Olympic rider Al Ahrach Ali.
